As a Travel Agent when I speak to clients I always ask them about their travel dreams and aspirations.  It is not uncommon that they say one of their travel goals is to visit Beaches Turks and Caicos Resort.  When I ask “why?”, the response is always the same “because everyone says how amazing it is.”  And I must say, that is true!

I have visited Beaches Turks and Caicos twice and can say that it is truly a wonderful resort. From the service to the amenities to the spectacular beach, it has it all! With so many inclusions it certainly warrants the price tag.

The Property – at first the layout sounds overwhelming and difficult to navigate but once you get there it’s very simple and easy to figure out.  The resort has 4 unique villages each with its own personality, pros, and cons.  Many clients ask me which one is “best” and the answer is there is a “best” option for each individual family based on their particular needs and wants.  The original Caribbean Village is authentic and charming, the Italian Village has a wonderful beach, the French Village is closest to the water park, and the Key West Village is the newest and most modern village.  Each has its own unique personality and is fabulous in its own way.

The Amenities and Activities – with 21 restaurants there is one to suit every taste, style, and palate.  I personally loved “Barefoot by the Sea” where I would enjoy breakfast with my toes in the sand.  “Sky” had the most amazing views of the ocean.  The resort also offers daily scuba diving, snorkelling adventures, a multitude of activities, Sesame Street parade (the list goes on) which are all included in your resort stay.

The Rooms – with over 43 different room categories, there is the perfect room for each family.  Whether you are looking for a standard room or a fabulous 4 bedroom villa with butler service, there is something to make everyone happy.  I personally loved the Italian Poolside Walkout Concierge Family Suite category.  This is where I stayed and loved that it is very close to the pools, beach, restaurants, and waterpark.  I also loved the separate kid’s sleeping area with bunk beds. Selecting the best room can be confusing that is why I recommend reaching out to a Travel Agent at Power Travel for advice on which is best for your family.

The Kids Club – this is really where Beaches Resorts stands out from the many other resorts that you can choose from.  With activities for babies, toddlers, school-age kids, tweens, and teens, there is never a time where the kids aren’t being entertained. The infant program for babies up to 24 months and the Toddler Program up to 5 years old is staffed by Certified Nannies.  The pre-teen and teens program offers fun-filled activities like beach volleyball, scavenger hunts, reggae jam sessions and so much more.

The Waterpark – with one of the largest water parks in the Caribbean, this fun-filled area is not to be missed for the young or the young at heart.  With multiple water slides, play structures, a lazy river, and a surf simulator, it’s a great place for the whole family to hang out and have a great time together.

The Beach  – whenever I think of a fabulous beach I imagine powder white sand, crystal blue oceans, and a shoreline that goes on forever, and that is what Beaches Turks and Caicos has to offer. With a very shallow entry that is perfect for little kids and with some of the best reefs in the world, the snorkelling here is just unbelievable.
